The 12th Tee Bnb is a great spot for a short stay. It features modern rooms with gated access and provides an exceptionally comfortable bed, a lovely patio, and a cozy lounge area. the pool area adds to the charm, and the check-in process is very easy. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beach, and it's conveniently close to Bundaberg port too.

Wonderful king size bed, attention to detail, immaculate unit, off-street parking, friendly greeting, modern and clean.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the unique vibe that felt more like a lodge and less like a typical motel. the location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby and overlooking a golf course. the bed was super comfy and the TV in the lounge and bedroom was a genius idea.

The walls were a little too thin and we could hear noise from neighbouring rooms. we found the advertising a bit confusing and didn't fully understand what we were getting for our money.

Spent my Christmas at this place and it was a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean and cozy. Loved the fact that they provided cereal and juices for breakfast, and the coffee maker was a nice touch. The location was great, only a 10-minute walk to the beach through the golf course. , there were some nice restaurants around the hotel to have a delicious meal.

The noise in the morning was a slight issue for me. Although I was up early, the noise could have been disturbing for someone who wants to sleep in.
